Setting Intentions




Wrapping up 2020 I've realized one thing that I enjoy doing that I haven't been doing much of recently has been writing. Writing pushes me to be creative, to investigate research and to work on my communication style.


As such - I'm practicing what I preach and I'm publicly writing down my goal: I am going to write 1x blog post per week in 2021. I'm hoping to have it posted each Monday starting on January 4th and will run through until December 27th 2021.


This blog will be a place for exploring ideas related to practical training advice, mindset, recovery, programming philosophy, and a variety of topics that I'll be exploring with you all next year!


Things that I'm hoping to accomplish through this blog are:

- Practice my writing skills

- Practice in synthesizing and communicating information

- Research more consistently

- Share my knowledge/experience

- Have fun!
