Clairmont Conditioning provides top of the line strength and conditioning services both online and in person.  Since launching Clairmont Conditioning I have had the privilege of working with clients ranging from spec ops soldiers, to national team athletes, to desk workers and weekend warriors.  

​

Since 2015 I have trained hundreds of clients online to successes including: passing spec ops selections, hitting PB run times, and achieving lifestyle goals including losing 60+ pounds or gaining 10lbs of muscle in 12 weeks! 

​

My goal is to provide top of the line fitness solutions to my clients, regardless of their background.  Having trained clients young and old, fit and unfit, disabled and abled - I feel 100% confident that I can help you achieve your goal.  No matter how big, or how small that goal may be.

Online Programming

Customized workouts delivered right to your device!  The programming is modified week to week based on performance and training response.  Constant messaging support and a monthly call to fine tune performance!

Get feedback in real time from a professional coach.  This training is best suited for people who are looking for more support from their coach or those who are newer to training.  From helping load weights, to in person motivation this option works great for those looking for one on one or small group training.

The best of both worlds!  With most of your programming delivered through our training app online, you will have scheduled check in sessions in person with your coach.  Usually in person sessions are every 1, 2 or 4 weeks.

The Space

Clairmont Conditioning now has a location!

On the edge of downtown Victoria, BC the studio has everything you need for your training session!  Our training largely focuses on compound movements using free weights and we have every piece of equipment needed to help you reach your goal!
